Spanda, LLC is a small software studio in the United States. We design, build, and operate web and mobile software products. Some of those products are commercial; some are experiments; some sit in between.
Spanda was founded as a vehicle for a practice that spans engineering, research, and creative work. The name comes from a Sanskrit word for the subtle vibration that connects the manifest and the ineffable. The tagline, beyond belief, holds two senses: intelligent action without preconception, and the surprise of an outcome that arrives more delightful than imagined.
We sell software-as-a-service. Customers pay either a recurring subscription or a usage-based fee, and in return get hosted access to a product through a website or API. The terms of each product are described on its own site at the time of purchase, and the legal framework that covers all of them lives on this site under Terms, Privacy, and Refunds.
